I’m hoping that as a duo, we can both widen our skill set in 3D modeling. I personally am used to doing 3D models as I took classes in high school for it, and overall like the thought of modeling things. As for the VRC side of things, I just hope to make worlds that people can chill in, sleep in, or even throw parties! (I better be invited! /j) I want to eventually be able to model everything from scratch and make my own assets to put out as well

Hi! I’m Ody, or Dystopian! I’m 18 years old with a love for filmmaking, audio/video editing, coding and 3D modeling. Just for bragging rights, I’m 6’0 tall and Graduated from school as the class of 2022! I used to be a Twitch streamer but as of recent months I have been too busy to do so. So, instead of being loud at 3am, I can quietly work on worlds with Ozzy while we hang out with friends or listen to music!

My VRChat Journey

I started playing VRC in early 2021, because Ozzy had suggested I try it. Alas I hop on, since I was only PC at the time, and we started playing a ton. Even with recent updates to the game I still love it all and all. I wouldn’t give up my friends for the world.

When it comes to being on Quest now, It’s so much better. Throughout the past year, I had began making friends, talking with people in random lobbies, and overall just having a good time. VRChat has helped so much with my social anxiety. I try and stay positive, especially for my friends who may not be having good days, and comfort them where I can. These people have become family, my ride or die. It’s an escape from a stressful life.

Why did you start making worlds?

I started making worlds because where else would the public avatars Ozzy makes go? I grabbed what I needed, opened unity and went along with the few YouTube videos that I found. The Minecraft avatar hub that was made I took from an old Minecraft build that Ozzy and I did in early 2022.

What are your plans for new worlds?

So, being in the Minecraft community, there’s only the one part of the dsmp world in VRC. My plans are to make Lmanburg, Lmanburg (Tubbo Administration), Lmanburg (Tree memorial), Manberg, Kinoko Kingdom, and perhaps even a Pogtopia. As for other fandoms, I may take interest in remaking certain parts of Teyvat, and even cozy worlds to sleep in, etc!

What music do you listen to when making worlds?

Most of the time when making worlds, I’ll listen to soft music to help me focus. Wether it be the Minecraft OST, or just a piano playlist, it always helps me focus on what I need to do!
